PURPOSE:To obtain a shutter for scarcely generating an elastic deformation, by forming the shutter by a composite material which has mixed a filler of a prescribed quantity in a polyolefine resin. CONSTITUTION:Shutter surface parts 27, 27 provided so as to be opposed are connected by a connecting part 28 and the side face shape in a channel shape. As for the shutter surface part 27, a closing part 29 and an opening part 30 are provided on the center part, and on both its sides, respectively, and also, in both ends of the upper part of the shutter surface part 27, an abutting part 31 on which a shutter opening member of a recording and reproducing device abuts is formed, and this abutting part 31 is reinforced by three pieces of reinforcing plate parts 32 of roughly a triangle, provided on its inside. Also, the intermediate reinforcing plate part 32 among three pieces of reinforcing plate parts 32 extends to the lower part, namely, the shutter surface part 27 side and a detaining claw 33 is formed, and moreover, on one end of this detaining claw 33, a spring hooking part 34 is provided projectingly so as to project from the end part of the shutter surface part 27.
