The invention relates to a machine which converts a created excess pressure into movement without the said excess pressure having to be substantially renewed, according to patent application P 3607468.3 and additional patent application P 3619539.1. In the present invention, the efficiency of the machine is increased in that the pressure chamber cover is swivelled into a position parallel to the pressure chamber base once the tilting movement of the pressure chamber base is completed or almost completed.
