<p>PURPOSE:To freely change the mixing and compounding ratio between dissimilar materials, by constituting a wire for thermal spraying of a stranded wire consisting of >=3 element wires and also by constituting the above element wires of a combination of >=2 kinds of dissimilar materials. CONSTITUTION:For example, a thermal spraying wire 1 is formed as a stranded wire by using, as element wires, three pieces of stainless steel wire 2 of about 0.9mm diameter, e.g., SUS316 by JIS, and four pieces of copper wire 3 of pure copper, etc., The outside diameter of the thermal spraying wire 1 is regulated to about 2.7mm. When this thermal spraying wire 1 is thermally sprayed on the surface of a steel sheet 4 as a base material, e.g., S45C by JIS, by an arc thermal spraying method, a mixed and compounded thermally sprayed layer in which respective thermally sprayed and laminated grains 2a and 3a of the above stainless steel wire 2 and copper wire 3 are laminated in a ratio of 3 to 4 can be formed. Accordingly, by changing respective numbers of the stainless steel wire 2 and the copper wire 3, the mixing and compounding ratio between both can be changed.</p> |
