摘要 PURPOSE:To dynamically optimize the set furnace temps. in the respective combustion zones and to improve productivity by setting the temps. of the respective combustion zones from the evaluation functions is taking the sectional temp. distribution of materials to be heated at the time of ejection into consideration and further, setting the target furnace temp. by using a time constant. CONSTITUTION:The target passage temp. Tij* (i; number of the combustion zones, j; number of the materials to be heated) is set on the outlet side of the respective combustion zones of a continuous heating furnace having the plural combustion zones and further, the temp. TijP of the materials to be heated when the materials pass the combustion zones at the tentative combustion zone temps. is predicted. The temps. TGi of the respective combustion zone are so set as to minimize the evaluation function Ji of the equation I using said temps. and a weight coefft. Wij. TGi is so set as to minimize the evaluation function Ji' of the equation II in the case of taking the sectional temp. difference between the high-temp. part U and the low-temp. part L of the materials to be heated into consideration in the above- mentioned method for controlling the furnace temps. The furnace temp. TGi(t) under fluctuation including the time delay before the target furnace temp. TGi* is attained after the present furnace temp. TGi deg. is expressed by the equation III is using a time constant DELTAts and further, the change rate is largely taken to substitute the target furnace temp. TGi* with TGi*+ or -DELTATGi, by which the furnace temp. is set.
