PURPOSE:To equalize torques of two oppositely rotating output shafts of a device provided with ring gears, etc., for transmitting output from an input shaft to an oppositely rotating output shaft by providing the oppositely rotating output shaft with an oppositely rotating output turbine which rotates independently of a turbine for driving a sun gear. CONSTITUTION:An input shaft 13 provided with plural turbine blades 1 for driving a sun gear is driven in the direction shown with an arrow 13a by turbine inlet gas 11 flowing between the input shaft 13 and a turbine nozzle 2 for driving the sun gear. The sun gear 7 arranged on the input shaft 13 engaging with a planetary gear 8 drives a positively rotating output shaft 14 in the direction of an arrow 14a to drive a positively rotating propeller 5a in the positive direction. The planetary gear 8 engaging with a ring gear 9 drives an opposite rotating output shaft 15 in the direction of the arrow. In this case, the oppositely rotating output shaft 15 is provided with an oppositely rotating output turbine blades 3 so that torques opposite to each other are produced on the input shaft 13 and the positively rotating shaft 14 by the turbine inlet gas 11 flowing between an oppositely rotating turbine nozzle 4 and the oppositely rotating output turbine blades 3.
