PURPOSE:To ensure the easy print/output of a prescribed document on an original of a prescribed format by using a pressure sensor which detects the described areas on the original for input and a means which inhibits the production of documents in said described areas. CONSTITUTION:An original is put on a pressure-sensitive surface of a pressure sensor 5 and both right and left upper end parts of each document prescribed area of the original are pressed with the tip of a pencil, etc. Thus the rectangular parts shown by oblique lines are successively designated. A CPU 11 writes the control bits into the areas of a document RAM 15 corresponding to those designated area to show inhibition of writing actions. A wrong writing action, if given to an area including a pattern within the original, is prevented by the write inhibiting control bit in the RAM 15 when the documents are written into each blank part in a display screen of a CRT 3. Thus the document which are produced by writing documents into the blank parts scattered among the document prescribed areas read by the sensor 5 are printed out discretely in the blank spaces of the prescribed documents on the original.
