PURPOSE:To obtain a remedy for psoriasis containing 20-oxavitamin D3 derivative or 22-oxavitamin D3 derivative as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:One or more selected from 21-yl-20-oxa-1alpha, 25-dihydroxy-vitamin D3, 22-oxa-1alpha-hydroxyvitamin D3 and 22-oxa-1alpha,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 are blended with auxiliaries by a conventional procedure and pharmaceutically manufactured to give the aimed substance. The substance is prepared into a dosage form for oral medicine, injection or external preparation. A dose is 0.5-3.0mug/day per adult in the case of oral medicine and injection and preferably 0.1-20mug/day in the case of external spread such a ointment, etc.
