PURPOSE:To achieve a good heat transmission by tapering the inner circumferential wall of the heat pipe body increasingly wider from its low temperature side toward the high temperature side, and installing said heat pipe body on the rotor shaft of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:A heat pipe body 1 is rotated on its shaft by the rotation of a rotor 7 of an electric motor 5. The sealed refrigerant 4 is evaporated by being heated on the high temperature side 10 of the heat pipe body 1 to become the evaporated gaseous refrigerant, which moves to the low temperature side 9 where it releases heat to become the condensed liquid refrigerant 4. Since the heat pipe body 1 is rotated, the condensed liquid refrigerant 4 moves toward the high temperature side 10 on the inner circumferential wall 3 on account of the centrifugal force. By tapering the inner circumferential wall 3 increasingly wider from the low temperature side to the high temperature side, the liquid refrigerant can be transmitted regardless of the positioning of the heat pipe body 1. Further, by suitably selecting the speed of the electric motor 5 and the inclination of the inner circumferential wall 3, the quantity of transmission of liquid refrigerant can also be regulated.
