PURPOSE:To stably operate a temperature rise preventing device by covering the outer periphery of the temperature rise preventing device provided outside an enclosed container with an adiabatic material, while providing an exothermic means near the temperature rise preventing devide. CONSTITUTION:When a temperature rise preventing device receiving section 2 on the upper portion of an enclosed compressor is covered with an adiabatic material 7, temperature difference between a temperature rise preventing device 6 and an enclosed container 3 disappears so that said device 6 operates stably at the surface temperature of said container 3. Also, a static characteristic thermistor exothermic body 8 is connected parallel to a power source 4 and a motor 5. When the constant temperature exothermic characteristics of the exothermic body 8 is used for heating said device 6, the atmospheric temperature of said device 6 is held constant irrespective of the ambient temperature. Thus, the operative temperature of said device 6 becomes constant to improve the reliability of said compressor 1.
