The invention is based on the object of creating a fluoroscopy device in which fine image details are reproduced well without the reproduction of large absorption differences being impaired. For this purpose, a transmission element is arranged in the signal path between the radiation-electrical transducer and the display device of the television chain, the transfer function of which element is such that a number of input values (x) are allocated to a common output value (y).
