PURPOSE:To realize non-adjustment for the mounting position of each member, by fixing an image sensor and a sensor substrate for the control of the image sensor at a prescribed position keeping a state where their respective end are adhered and superposed. CONSTITUTION:A light source 2 is fixed at the prescribed position with a screw 6 on an inclined plane, and a step forming process with required accuracy is applied on both ends of a lens 3, then, it is arranged at the mounting plane of a holder 1, and is fixed at the prescribed position with a pressing metal fitting 7 and a screw 8. Furthermore, the image sensor 4 is superposed on the sensor substrate 5 so that both end parts are aligned, and each confronting end part is pressed on the mounting plane of the holder 1 in a height direction and on a fixed metal fitting 10 fixed on the side plane of the holder 1 and the side plane part of the holder 1 in a horizontal direction with a screw 9, and afterwards, it is fixed on the prescribed position on the holder 1 with screws 11 and 12 engaged with the fixed metal fitting 10 with the sensor substrate 5. In such a way, it is possible to set the positions of the light source 2, the lens 3, and the image sensor 4 with high accuracy against a guide shaft 16.
