PURPOSE:To dynamically estimate an end time point for file transmission by storing previously the information on the file to be transmitted to successively replace said information in a transmission mode and analyzing the processing capacity at a current time point based on the replaced information for calculation of a transmission end time point. CONSTITUTION:A transmission information storing part 131 stores the transmission data information, i.e., an input terminal name 1, an input data 2, a transmission start time point 3 and a scheduled transmission data number 4 into a transmission file information file 132 at a transmission start time point by the information received from a data transmission part 110. Then the part 131 replaces directly a transmitted data number 5 at a current time point. An end time point estimating part 133 calculates the time needed for each transmission data in a current environment from a current date for calculation of the end time point of file transmission. In such a way, the file transmission end time point of an information processor 100 can be dynamically estimated.
