PURPOSE:To perform diagnosis of a bus even in a working mode of a system by providing a signal return circuit to each processor in the system and using a diagnosis processor to diagnoze the bus. CONSTITUTION:A diagnosis processor 1 designates a processor as well as the receiving and transmitting buses for signals via a designating means 13. A diagnosis data generating means 11 sends the diagnosis data to a designated bus. The transmitted signal is immediately sent to a designated bus via a bus switch means 21 of a designated processor 2. The processor 1 compares said transmitted signal with the data produced by the means 11 via a check means 12 for check the coincidence or discordance of them. When the abnormality is detected, the combination of both buses is changed so that a faulty bus can be specified. In such a way, the buses are successively designated and all buses can be diagnosed even in a working mode of a bus diagnozing system. |
