摘要 PURPOSE:To always control the accurate segmentation value of granular particles by obtaining the central value of the belt speed corresponding to the target segmentation value within an upper/lower limit range of fluctuation of the load value on a belt and the belt speed and controlling the set gate opening amount of a hopper to that of the gate corresponding to the central value. CONSTITUTION:The output of a signal converter 6 of a load cell 5 is supplied to a multiplier 7 together with the output of a conveyor speed detector 8 for acquisition of the transport value S. Then the speed of a belt driver 10 is controlled by a motor controller 11 based on the output of a controller 9 so that the difference between the value S and the set value S0 is eliminated. A computing element 13 obtains the value of the mass W0 corresponding to the value S0 to deliver it to a controller 14 and supplies the actual measurement signal of the mass W to the controller 14 via the cell 5 and the converter 6. The controller 14 supplies the control output to a controller 15 of a driving motor 16 of a gate 3 so that the difference between the mass W0 and the mass W is eliminated. Thus it is possible to always secure the accurate control of the segmentation value of granular particles with no influence of the quantity density of the granular particles and the attachment of the granular particles to the gate.
