A circuit arrangement for determining the attitude of a motor vehicle has a sensor (3), which is arranged in the cylinder of a shock-absorber coaxially with its piston, and has two coils (4, 5). The coils (4, 5) are connected together on one side and are connected at the two other ends to a bridge circuit, which has a variable choke coil (9, 10) in each of two branches and resistors (11, 12) in the other two branches. A change in position of the piston (2) in the cylinder of the shock-absorber leads to a change in inductance, and hence to de-tuning of the bridge circuit (8), to a voltage difference (at the terminals 14, 15) and to an output signal (at the terminal 18). The bridge circuit (8) and the coils (4, 5) are fed by means of an a.c. current generator (16). <IMAGE> |
