<p>PURPOSE:To enhance abrasion resistance without generating the release between linings, by applying a flake lining to the surface of a member requiring corrosion resistance and further applying a resin composed of the same resin as said lining containing ceramic globules to the flake lining. CONSTITUTION:For example, in applying lining to the corrosion resistant part of the absorbing tower of a wet waste gas desulfurizing equipment of a wet electric precipitator, a vinyl ester resin or an unsaturated polyester resin is used as a resin. At first, a resin lining 101 having 10-50wt.% of flaky glass mixed therein is applied to the surface of a base material 100. Next, a resin lining 103 containing 20-40wt.% of ceramic globules having an average particle size of 100-500mum is applied in a thickness of about 1-2mm to execute a lining excellent in abrasion resistance within a short time.</p> |
