PURPOSE:To impart a hamburger with the taste and flavor of corn, by horizontally slicing a loaf of bread containing corn flour, separately dressing long thin pieces of lettuce with mayonnaise and inserting the lettuce together with a hamburger steak between the bread slices. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is added with about 20% corn flour and the mixture is added with salt and yeast, kneaded under addition of warm water, formed into a circular form and baked to obtain a loaf of bread. Separately, minced meat is mixed with finely cut onion and bread crumb, kneaded with milk, formed into a ball and baked with an oil to obtain a hamburger steak. Long thin pieces of lettuce, cabbage, etc., are dressed with mayonnaise and inserted together with the hamburger steak between bread pieces prepared by horizontally slicing the above bread into two. The obtained hamburger is served together with tomato ketchup and mustard.
