PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. having excellent moldability and resistance to impact and chemicals, by blending a specified graft copolymer compsn. with a polyamide resin. CONSTITUTION:The whole of 15-90pts.wt. (by weight; the same applies here inbelow) monomer mixture (a) of 50-90wt.% arom. vinyl (i) (e.g., styrene), 9.9-49.9wt.% vinyl cyanide (ii) (e.g., acrylonitrile) and 0.1-20wt.% alpha,beta-unsaturat ed carboxylic acid (iii) (e.g., methacrylic acid) is grafted onto 10-85pts.wt. diene rubber (b) (e.g., polybutadiene rubber) [the total amount of the components (a) and (b) being 100pts.] to obtain a graft copolymer. 21-85pts.wt. graft copoly mer compsn. (A) which is a blend of said copolymer a graft copolymer obtd. by grafting part of the component (a) onto the component (b) and a copolymer obtd. by copolymerizing the remainder of the component (a) is blended with 15-79pts.wt. polyamide (B) to obtain 100pts.wt. title compsn.
