<p>A method and device to peel citrus and other fruit. The fruit is placed on a rotating support base (6). A knife (19), rotating or moving back and forth, moves on the tangential line in relation to the rotating speed of the fruit. By means of an electro-motor (2) are driven three independent shafts, one (6) to move the orange bearing axle, another (4) to move the cutting knife and the third one to move and shift the arms until reaching some final upper and lower stops.</p> |
