Flexible and single-piece protective device for participants in sport activities having, in extension, the shape of the part of the body to be protected, which is produced from two elastomeric compositions of different moduli, one, of high modulus, forming the outer skin (14) which provides protection against bad weather and impacts, the other, of lower modulus, forming the inner lining (15) in contact with the skin of the protected part of the body, the device comprising at least one attachment strap (3) located on one of the edges of the central protection zone (2), at least one projection (8) on the outer face of the device, for fitting at least one rigid closure buckle (5), and, in the central part of the inner face of the device, an impact-damping element (10) produced from an elastomeric composition with a hardness at least equal to 60 units IRHD. <IMAGE>
