PURPOSE:To obtain the titled body having the high sensitivity and the excellent durability by providing a layer contg. a specific compd. on a conductive supporting body. CONSTITUTION:The layer contg. the compd. shown by the formula is provided on the conductive supporting body. The mode of a photosensitive body lies in utilizing an excellent electric charge transferring ability of said compd., and lies in using said compd. for an electric charge transfer substance (CTM) in a functional operation type photosensitive body in which the generation and the transferring of an electric charge are effected by different substances respectively. For example, the photosensitive layer 4 composed of the laminate of an electric charge generating layer CGL 2 and an electric charge transfer layer CTL 3 contg. CTM as a main component are provided on the conductive supporting body 1. Thus, the excellent photosensitive body which has the high sensitivity and the excellent stability in the characteristics in case of repeatedly use and has no trouble about poisonous property, is obtd. |
