PURPOSE:To prepare the title grout which gels in a short time and is excellent in the long-term consolidation strength, by combining liq. A comprising an aq. water glass soln. with liq. B comprising an aq. suspension composed of cement and slaked or quick lime in such an amt. as will provide a predetermined wt. composition ratio. CONSTITUTION:At the time of use, an aq. water glass soln. (A) in an amt. of 0.6-2.4mol. in terms of the amt. of SiO2 contained in 1l of an A-B mixture is combined with an aq. suspension (B) composed of cement (a) (e.g., Portland cement), shaked or quick lime (b) and water (c) in such proportions that the value of c/aX100 is 100-400 in liq. B and 150-750 in the A-B mixture and the value of c/(a+b)X100 is 90-200 in the liq. B and 100-600 in the A-B mixture (wherein the quick lime contained in component b is expressed in terms of slaked lime) and the value of b/aX100 is 10-100.
