PURPOSE:To enable forced transfer and forming of a ground meat raw material mixed with a solid component, at a constant rate without causing discoloration of the meat, by using a sine pump as a pump for forcing a ground raw meat into a nozzle for the extrusion forming of a paste product. CONSTITUTION:A sine pump 6 is used as a pump for forcing a ground raw meat into a nozzle for the extrusion forming of a paste product. The pump 6 is composed of a rotor 62 provided with a dangling pumping blade 62b having continuous sine curve along the outer circumference of a rotor shaft 62a, a housing 63 furnished with a ring-shaped pumping chamber 65 encircled with the rotary locus of the pumping blade 62b, and a scraper gate 64 having a slit 64a slidable contacting with the outer circumference of the pumping blade 62 and placed slidably along the axial direction in a manner to divided the pump chamber 65 between an inlet port 60 and an outlet port 61 of the pump chamber 65. A uniform product can be prepared without causing discoloration of meat by the use of the pump. |
