PURPOSE:To extend the range of selecting a filter arrangement area by making a strainer compact through utilization of the interior space for arrangement of a valve. CONSTITUTION:A filter is constituted with a built-in cylindrical strainer 6, and also a shutoff valve consisting of a valve seat 5 fitted to the entrance E for the secondary fluid channel D connected to a fluid outlet C and a valve 7, which is driven vertically by an actuator 4 arranged in the strainer 6, is internally incorporated. That is, the interior of the strainer 6 is used as a space for arrangement of the valve 7 to make the filter compact. Therefore, the range of selecting a filter arrangement location can be extended.
