<p>PURPOSE:To enable a defect in the connected part of a water preventing sheet to be accurately judged by a method in which the needle part of a smoke fan is inserted into the portion not yet stuck in the connected part of the water preventing sheet, and after smoke has been sent from the throughhole of the needle part, the position where the smoke flows outside, is inspected. CONSTITUTION:After the needle part of a smoke fan has been inserted into the bandlike portion 4 which is not yet stuck in the connected part of a water protecting sheet preliminarily made, the smoke is forcedly sent into the space of the portion 4 not yet stuck, operating the smoke fan 5. When the pressure in the space of the portion not yet stuck reaches a prescribed pressure by the smoke having been sent into, the smoke advances into the range, which is not yet stuck, between the sheets, and flows outside from the connected part of the sheets, whereby the position of defect becomes clear. A suitable, blast pressure generated by an air injector 8 is about 0.1kg/cm<2> or less. If the blast pressure exceeds this value, the connected part of the water protecting sheets 1, 1 are possible to be separated. The needle part 6 is a tubular body, but its tip has an acute angle, and its insertion is easy, it resembles, for example, a needle shape of a syringe.</p> |
