摘要 PURPOSE:To enable the title equipment to perform pressurization and heating by placing the inside of an airtight frame into a predetermined decompressed state independently, by providing a suction-depressurizing device measuring a degree of a vacuum of the inside of each of airtight frame bodies arranged on each of stages, and keeping the insides of the airtight frame bodies at a predetermined degree of a vacuum by depressurizing them independently. CONSTITUTION:After a laminated material 14 has been placed into a state where pressure is applied to the laminated material 14, simultaneously with opening of a common manual valve 6 of each stage, a vacuum pump 7 is actuated end the inside of an airtight frame body 2 is sucked and depressurized. A depressurized state of the inside of the airtight frame body 2 is measured respectively at each stage by a pressure sensor 8 and put out as an electric signal. An input interface 9 which has received the output signal performs predetermined treatment and its data is supplied to a microcomputor 10. Then the microcomputor 10 which has received the data signal compares the signal value with a preset valve. When the signal value becomes lower than the preset value, a signal closing a solenoid reed valve 4 is applied to a solenoid switch 11 by judging that a degree of a vacuum within the airtight frame body 2 has exceeded a desired value. After heating and pressurizing have been performed for a fixed period of time, a press hot plate 1 is broken and a laminated sheet is taken out.
