A device for storing electric cable comprises a bowl (1) with wedge-shaped slots (4), a cylinder (2) extending over the edge (8) of the bowl (1) and means for vertical or horizontal mounting of the device. A wound cable will lay in the bowl (1) when the device is horizontally mounted, or will be wound around the cylinder (2) when vertically mounted. Cable parts are secured in the wedge-shaped slots (4). |
