<p>PURPOSE:To perform economical dust removal, desulfurization and denitration simultaneously by applying a pulse streamer to exhaust gas incorporating sulfur oxide and nitrogen oxide to oxidize them and thereafter adding alkali liquid to absorb and remove these oxides. CONSTITUTION:Firstly when exhaust gas 3 is fed to a cooling-dust removal part 2, it is humidified and adiabatically cooled by spraying water. Simultaneously one part of dust contained in exhaust gas 3 is collected with the spraying water. Then exhaust gas 3 is sent to a reaction-dust removal part 1 and NO incorporated therein is oxidized with O3 and O produced by a pulse streamer and converted into NO2, N2O3 and N2O5 or the like. At this time, one part of dust incorporated in exhaust gas 3 is further removed. Thereafter exhaust gas 3 is sent to an absorption part 4 and herein alkali liquid such as e.g. Ca(OH)2 is sprayed and thereby NOx converted into NO2, N2O3 and N2O5 or the like and SOx are absorbed and removed.</p> |
