PURPOSE:To perform pre-processings in parallel and to shorten a pre-processing time, by performing the processing of a stroke by receiving the output data of a preceding stroke by a computer, outputting the data of a processed result to the computer of the next stroke, and performing the pre-processing of the stroke by the computer of respective stroke in order. CONSTITUTION:The sub computer 6 which processes a first stroke of the pre- processing reads a data from an NC program, and performs the pre-processing of said stroke, and outputs a result to the computer at the succeeding stage. The sub computer 7 at the succeeding stage performs the pre-processing of said allocated stroke, and outputs the processed result to the sub computer 8 of the succeeding stage, and such operations are repeated for the number of computers provided for the pre-processing, that is, the divided number of the pre-processings in order, and an execution form data is generated by the computer at a final stage. Meanwhile, each of the computers 6, 7, 8..., after completing said allocated pre-processing, performs said allocated pre-processing of the next block. In such a way, the pre-processings are executed in parallel by plural computers 6, 7, 8..., and the pre-processing time can be shortened.
