PURPOSE:To start up an already reorganized system, by reorganizing an address space used by a system operated by discriminating the attribute of a data by an attribute discriminating field, changing directly the instruction data of the discriminating part of data attribute, and preserving the copy of the address space reorganized once in a file. CONSTITUTION:When the address space is reorganized, firstly, based on a data attribute discriminating part list 12, a reference table part list 13, and a block reference list 11, the discrimination of the attribute of the address space is performed on a present address space 10 by an address word based on the reorganizing state of the address space due to the change of correspondence of the value of the attribute discriminating field to the data attribute by an update means 14. Thereby, reference relation between the decision criterion of a part where a processing is branched, and a reference table and block corresponding to the data attribute is updated. After wards, each block of the address space 10 after being updated by the update means 14 is written on a file 16 in the order of new organization by an organization changing means 15, and the content of the address space 10 written on the file 16 and organized newly is loaded on a memory by a loading means.
