PURPOSE:To attain efficient data processing by constituting a format of subframe by a preamble, an AUX DATA, an audio data and arranging a subcode data and a flag as the AUX DATA and sending the result from a reproducing device to a recorder. CONSTITUTION:A subcode data reproduced from a magnetic tape is stored in a memory, the error of the subcode data stored in the memory is corrected and a flag representing the corrected state is generated and the format of the subframe of the transmission interface is constituted by at least the preamble, the AUX DATA and the audio data. As the AUX DATA, the subcode data and the flag are arranged and sent from the reproducer to the recorder, then the flag representing the correcting state of the subcode is discriminated and received simply relatingly at the same location as the subcode data. Thus, the data is sent and processed quickly.
