<p>Striped knitted goods are produced on a Wild man Jacquard circular knitting machine in which a first card mechanism is driven and a second supplies threads of another colour intermittently for short periods. Specifically, the latter employs separately driven rollers and the needles of the cylinder near the second card are raised by a cam actuated by a reel and engaging with the feet of the needles.</p> |
