PURPOSE:To obtain maximum processing speed in a constitution by changing the function partial charges of respective processing units and operating them. CONSTITUTION:The respective processing units 1-3 execute a recognition processing by a processing control means 11 provided therein based on a designated equipment number by an equipment number designating means 12 and the presence and the absence of an addition processing unit by an addition presence and absence setting means 13. The processing control means 11 is formed so as to execute the processing according to the processing partial charge predetermined to obtain the maximum processing speed in the constitution according to the designation of the equipment number and the presence and the absence of the addition processing unit. The processing control means 11 including the addition processing unit and different in the performance of the respective processing units presets the processing partial charge considered to obtain the maximum processing speed in the constitution according to the presence and the absence of the addition processing unit and the performance of the processing unit. In such a way, the constitution is composed of the plural processing units different in the performance, the number of the processing units is varied and the maximum processing speed in the constitution can be obtained.
