PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive property between a catalyst layer and a matrix layer and make the peeling or cracks on the matrix layer hard to occur by adjacently forming the catalyst layer and the matrix layer in a porous sheet. CONSTITUTION:An electrode substrate 1 and a catalyst layer 5 are separated, and a catalyst layer 5 and a matrix layer 6 are adjacently formed in one porous sheet 4. The porous sheet 4 has a thickness of 0.4mm and a porosity of 50% or more. Accordingly, the adhesive property between the catalyst layer 5 and the matrix layer 6 is improved, and an electrode for a fuel cell rarely generating the peeling or cracks on the matrix layer 6 can be obtained. |
