PURPOSE:To easily recover a data, by generating a permanent file for data recovery automatically, corresponding it to a user in one to one, and affecting an updated content on the permanent file for the data recovery automatically. CONSTITUTION:A data recovering permanent file corresponding means 3 generates the permanent file 12 for the data recovery automatically for the user registered in a system in advance, and correspond it to the user in one to one. At the time of updating a temporary working file, when a copying means 7 inputs a data to a temporary working file 11, or updates the content of the temporary working file 11, or copies the content of the permanent file 13 of the user on the temporary working file 11, those updated contents are affected on the permanent file 12 for the data recovery automatically. In such a way, the user can recover the data easily while using the temporary working file 11.
