<p>PURPOSE:To prevent communications from falling into a state that all of them, which use a defective relaying system, are stopped in the case that the relaying system comes defective, and at the same time, to remove the difficulty, based on fixing a path, for assigning the path of a large capacity communication by assigning the plural fixed paths to intervals between respective terminals, and transmitting data from the terminal by distributing them over the plural fixed paths. CONSTITUTION:The plural fixed paths are assigned to the intervals between the respective terminals, and at the same time, a distributing part 101 and a composing part 102, corresponding to the respective terminals, are provided. The distributing part 101 transmits the data from the terminal by distributing them over the plural fixed paths, and the composing part 102 composes and resores the data, transmitted being distributed over the plural fixed paths, into the original data, and connects them to the terminal. Thus, even when the relaying system is defective, many communications can be continued, and also, the difficulty of the path assignment of the large capacity communication, caused by a relation between the remaining band of a specified relaying path and the capacity of the new communication path, can be removed, because the communication is distributed over the plural paths.</p> |
