PURPOSE:To detect an origin and an arbitrary overrun amount with high reliability and reproducibility with a simple configuration by attaching the combination of slits and sensors to a pulley. CONSTITUTION:The rotation of a shaft 1c is conducted through a pulse motor 2e, a pulley 2c, a timing belt 2f, a pulley 2a and couplings 1d, 2d. Slit plates 5a, 5b and photosensors 3 for detecting slits are attached to the pulleys 2a, 2c on the way. A minimum overrun, an origin, and a maximum overrun are detected from ON, OFF states of sensor 3e of the plate 5a provided at a driving shaft side and of photosensors 3b, 3g, 3h of the plate 5b of motor side. |
