PURPOSE:To improve the sticking accuracy and the yield and to prevent chipping and crack at the middle of the head by forming a positioning plate in contact with the head chip head on a head base in a shape in two-point contact. CONSTITUTION:A radius R0 of a head of a head chip 6 and a radius R1 of a positioning plate 9 playing a role of a front stopper are set to be in the relation of (R1>=R0) and the positioning plate 9 is formed to be in two-point contact to avoid face contact. While the head chip 6 is supplied irregularly, the relation of R1>=R0 is kept and the radius R0 of the head of the head chip 6 is along with the face of the radius R1 of the two-point contact positioning plate 9 and the position is corrected at all times to a constant position by using a retaining spring 8. Thus, chipping or crack at the middle of the head is prevented and the sticking accuracy and the yield are improved.
