PURPOSE:To facilitate the servo pull in operation and to obtain stable control characteristic while realizing the structure whose neutral position is unchanged and suppressing the Q to a small value by using two parallel plate springs and using a separate means to apply the neutral point holding of a moving body and the vibration damping of the moving body. CONSTITUTION:The moving ends of the two plate springs 18a, 18b are fixed together and kept to a prescribed distance, and the moving direction of the moving body 12 is regulated to directions orthogonal to the plate spring 18 and coincident with the center of moment of inertia of the moving body 12 around the shaft 15 orthogonal to the plate spring 18. Thus, as to the focusing, the moving body 12 is moved in a direction orthogonal to the plate spring 18 and the objective lens 13 is driven vertically to the optical recording medium. Moreover, as to the tracking, the moving body 12 is rotatably moved around the shaft orthogonal to the plate spring 18 to drive the objective lens 13 in the radial direction of an optical recording medium. The most effective means such as a repulsive force of a magnet or the like is selected for the holding of neutral position and the damping to realize the structure whose neutral position is unchanged while suppressing the Q to a small value.
