Apparatus for recording and/or reproducing information signals on a rotatable magnetic disc, the apparatus comprises a jacket containing said disc and having an indicator for indicating the number of tracks in which said information signals have been recorded, transducer means for recording and/or reproducing signals on a surface of said disc, means for sequontially moving said transducer means so as to form a plurality of circular tracks on said disc, and means connected with said transducer moving means for driving said indicator to shift said indicator to indicate the number of the recorded tracks.
