PURPOSE:To improve visual field with a suitable incident quantity by arranging plural sun visor members having plural thin films in parallel to each other on the inner surface of a window shield and turning them according to the angle of incident light so as to change a light transmittance. CONSTITUTION:Sun visor members 12-16 are arranged in parallel to each other. The sun visor members are formed in such a way that plural band shaped thin films made of black silicon rubber are buried on a band shaped base piece made of transparent silicon rubber from the upper end to lower end thereof, in parallel to each other, at an interval, in the plate thickness and longitudinal directions. In this arrangement, respective sun visor members 12-16 are rotated at a target rotating angle by a control circuit 30 operated with a switch 40 through a motor 27 and rotating wheels 22, 25, according to the light quantity detected by a light sensor 50. Therefore, an incident light is incident right to respective band shaped thin films of respective sun visor members 12-16 and the light transmittance becomes to the value corresponding to the target rotating angle. Accordingly, it is possible to improve visual field with a suitable incident light quantity.
