PURPOSE:To enhance the space cooling/heating efficiency while ventilation is being performed by connecting the indoor side outlet and inlet of a heat exchanger respectively to air supply openings for first and second air ducts of a fan coil unit 25, and connecting an air circulation duct from respective rooms to the connecting duct. CONSTITUTION:A pair of air inlet and outlet is disposed respectively on the outdoor side and indoor side of a heat exchanger 16. The indoor side outlet 18 is connected to the first air duct of a fan coil unit 25 by a duct 26, and a first room A is cooled or heated by said outlet. Exhaust air 39 is returned through the duct 26. On the other hand, the indoor side air inlet 17 is connected to the second air duct of the fan coil unit 25, and is further connected down to an air supply duct 38, a second room B, a circulation duct 40 to the duct 26. Therefore, since the cooling or heating as well as ventilation can be performed at the rooms A, B as the waste heat is recovered, the cooling/heating efficiency is enhanced to provide pleasant environment.
