PURPOSE:To improve reliability, by mounting a magnet and a reed switch on a float at a prescribed interval, inserting a metal shield plate therebetween such that it is attracted by the magnet and suspending a drogue with the shield plate. CONSTITUTION:When a main rope 12 suspending a drogue 11 outs and the weight of the drogue 11 is applied to a metal shield plate 16 through a sub-rope 13, the shield plate 16 attracted to a magnet 15 through a cabinet 1 is removed so that a magnetic field is applied to a reed switch 9 in the buoy cabinet to identify that the drogue 11 has dropped. With the arrangement, a load necessary for the shield plate 16 to drop can be confirmed repeatedly and attracting force can be adjusted by a size of the magnet and its attracting area so that the load can be set correctly, whereby reliability can be greatly improved.
