PURPOSE:To make it possible to swing out a cargo holder by a large degree with a less drive amount by an actuating device and with substantially no slide contact part by providing swing control devices for controlling the swinging degree and direction of the cargo holder. CONSTITUTION:Swing control devices 77A, 77B control the swing degrees of second casing frames 73A, 73B and the directions of cargo holders 76A, 76B in accordance with the swing degrees ff first casing frames 70A, 70B. When a motor is started, movable beds 57A, 57B are moved guided by rail members 58A, 58B so as to approach together, and therefore, they allows the first casing frames 70A, 70B and the like to approach together so that cargo holders 76A, 76B are located right below a member 45A to be engaged. Then, slight elevation of an elevating bed 43 allows the cargo holders 76A, 76B to engage with the member 45A to be engaged so that a cargo 45 is lifted. Further, a swinging device 49 is reversely operated to swing the first casing frames 70A, 70B up to their upright positions, and therefore the held cargo is set on the elevating bed 43.
