PURPOSE:To prevent a failure such as a crack and a dent, etc. of an object to be worked, and to improve the working accuracy by allowing a dust pin to descend when the upper die descends and allowing the dust pin to ascend when the upper die ascends, by a dust pin moving means, and rejecting a scrap by a scrap rejecting means. CONSTITUTION:A press use metallic die 1 consists of the upper die 6 and the lower die 20, and the upper die 6 is provided with punches 12a, 12b. A die 2 of the lower die 20 is provided with dust pins 4a, 4b for sliding in the axial direction. An object to be worked (printed board P) is set onto the die 2, and when the upper die 6 descends, the dust pins 4a, 4b descend and housed in die holes 3a, 3b. In this state, when the punches 12a, 12b descend, a hole 40 is punched and formed on the printed board P, and a scrap is punched out into the die holes 3a, 3b. After punching, when the upper die 6 ascends, the scrap is pushed up by an ascent of the dust pins 4a, 4b, and taken out onto the die 2. In such a way, a failure such as a crack and a dent, etc. of the object to be worked is prevented, and it can be contributed to an improvement of the working accuracy.
