PURPOSE:To prevent the development of damage on the rolling surfaces due to the abrasion particles, by providing filters with fine meshes capable of retaining abrasion particles at least on a part of inner circumferential surfaces of a casing or the part that is distant from the rolling surface of an outer ring. CONSTITUTION:On the contacting part A between an input shaft 1 and planetary rollers 2, the rolling surface B between the planetary rollers 2 and an outer ring 5, and the sliding part C between the shaft of planetary rollers 2 and a retainer 3, abrasion particles may be produced to develop the damage on the rolling surfaces of parts A and B. Therefore, filters 7 with fine meshes capable of retaining abrasion particles are provided on the inner surface of the outer ring 5 or a casing 6 at the part that is distant from the parts A and B, so that the abrasion particles produced at the parts A through C are driven away by centrifugal force during operation to be adsorbed and retained. Thus, the development of damage due to the abrasion particles on the rolling surfaces can be restrained, enabling the life to be prolonged.
