PURPOSE:To avoid mishearing of utterance of the abnormality and also to omit preparation of a special information means and consideration of a design, by incorporating a voice synthesizing means to a CPU and outputting the voices in response to the abnormality detecting signal obtained from the self-diagnosis. CONSTITUTION:When the sequence control is started, a patrolling means 21 starts the diagnosis of the abnormality where the abnormality detecting means 11-1n are repetitively scanned. Then an abnormality deciding means 22 decides the abnormality with use of the output of the means 21. This action of the means 22 is repeated until the abnormality is detected. When the abnormality is detected, an abnormality signal is stored in a buffer memory 23 and an abnormality contents deciding means 24 decides the contents of the abnormality based on the data stored in the memory 23 and retrieves an abnormal message storing memory 25 to send the corresponding message to a voice synthesizing means 26. Then the means 26 outputs repetitively the voice message. Thus the utterance of abnormality is not easily misheard together with omission of preparation of a special information means and consideration of a design by means of a CPU 2 containing the means 26 which outputs voices in response to the abnormality detecting signal obtained from the self-diagnosis. |
