PURPOSE:To bond a bobbin and a diaphragm with a strong bonding strength by providing plural pores in a part which is near the center pore of the diaphragm and to which adhesive is applied, and permitting the blocks of adhesive provided on the upper and the lower surfaces of the diaphragm to bond through the pores. CONSTITUTION:The center part pore of the diaphragm 25 is set to pass through the bobbin 21, and the flanged part of the diaphragm 25 is fixed to a frame 20 with a gasket 26. Adhesive is poured into a position which is a boundary part between the diaphragm 25 and the bobbin 21 and which extends to plural pores 27 provided nearby the central pore of the diaphragm 25. A part of adhesive forms the block of adhesive 29 in the boundary part with the bobbin 21 which is in the upper surface of the diaphragm 25, and the remainder of adhesive flows through the pores 27 and forms the block of adhesive 28 along the lower surface of the diaphragm 25 in the boundary part with the bobbin 21 in the lower surface of a bonding layer 30 and the diaphragm 25. Since a speaker thus constituted is in a state that the diaphragm 25 is sandwiched with the blocks of adhesive 28 and 29, and the bonding layer 30, the diaphragm 25 has such a structure that it cannot come out from adhesive even if the bobbin 21 vibrates with a large strength.
