PURPOSE:To find visually an abnormality instantly, by furnishing thermal sensors which consist of a shape memory alloy to detect an abnormal heating of a connecting part, at a connection tube in which feeder lines to be connected each other are inserted, or at the feeder lines. CONSTITUTION:Coil sensors 8 are made of a shape memory alloy formed in a coil, and wound on feeder lines 1. The both ends of the coil sensor 8 are covered with thermoplastic tubes 9 which contain a fluorescent paint. Since no heating is generated at the feeder lines 1 near the connection of the straight lines when such a connection is normal, the opening angle of both ends of the coil sensor 8 generates no variation. But when an abnormal heating is generated and the temperature of the feeder lines near a connection tube 2 of the lines 1 rises to about 100 deg.C or more, the opening angle of the both ends of the coil sensor 8 is increased owing to their form restoration, which is found visually from a distant point, and the abnormality can be found instantly.
