CONSTITUTION:When the first plate shaped sheet 14 in a new order is discharged onto the first conveyor 22 in stop state from a sandwhich conveyor 18, said sheet 14 is vacuum-adsorbed at a fixed point by a suction hole group 36. At the timing when the second plate-shaped sheet 14 arrives at the first conveyor 22 in stop, a brake 25 is released, and a clutch is connected, and the first conveyor 22 is driven to allow the speed to accord with the speed of the second conveyor 24, and when the second sheet 14 arrives, the drive is suspended. These operations are repeated, and a vacuum suction area is secured behind the preceding sheet 14, and a series of the plate shaped sheets 14 are piled, arranged in singling state.
